Gail offers practical experience and advice to clients who need help arranging their inheritance and estate planning affairs. She advises on Wills, probate, inheritance tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues, acting as an attorney and deputy for clients when needed. She has particular experience in advising farming clients on succession planning and is also a member of the team advising elderly and vulnerable clients. Before qualifying as a solicitor Gail spent 20 years working for fine art valuers and auctioneer, having graduated from the Courtauld Institute London University in History of Art and Architecture.
